RUFFLED BLOUSES
One of the hottest trends this season is ruffled blouses. If you are looking for a nice gift, choose a romantic blouse with big ruffles, lace and other feminine touches
Ruffles create a modern and feminine look. It creates volume and shape and particularly draws attention to the chest area.
It can come in both subtle and exaggerated forms depending on what you wish to achieve with your appearance
The ruffled blouse can come in double layers of ruffles. This can be paired with slim black pants or a pencil skirt. You can also add a pair of high heels for a very nice look. If it is short sleeve, wear it tucked in with a high waist pencil skirt.
It can also come in different fabrics like the satin, silk georgette, or chiffon with touches of silk and lace.
For a more casual look try skinny jeans. If you don't feel comfortable in a skirt try some high waisted trousers with braces.
For a top, your best bet would probably be a jacket of some sort. Just wear it over the blouse and leave it unbuttoned.
For the bottom, it depends. If you're just going out, then skinny jeans would look great. For a more sophisticated look, I would suggest a pencil skirt.
When wearing ruffles make sure you tone down with a contrasting clean, slim piece to ensure you don't look like a tiered wedding cake. Pop a pair of skinny jeans on with a ruffled blouse to balance the ensemble, or throw a long cardigan or jacket over a ruffled dress to slim down the look.
A long flowing hippie skirt, with a wide leather belt loosely strung over it accompanied with a go for the earth feel beads with big curly hair will definitely have heads turning when you pass by or make an entry into anywhere. How about giving it a try!

Where should I shop for the new school year?
I'm 14, turning 15 in a few months. I'm gonna be a Freshman in highschool next year. I really don't want to look bland or anything. I kind of like to stick out... But, I don't really know where to shop. There's only one store in our 13-store-mall that I like... Rue21. Other stores I like: Hot Topic, Pac Sun, Journeys.

-Hoodies
-Band Tees
-Things that are really "out there" like converse shoe-pants [google 'em] or hoodies with ears on them, like cat ears.
-Skinny jeans
-Bright, neon colors
-Bows
-Lace
-Cool patterns
What I DON'T like:
-Floral
-baggy pants
-ruffles
-"preppy" clothing
-Dull colors
